This page explains what information the Spencer Perilloux Percussion website collects during the first public launch and how inquiries are handled.
The first launch uses one simple contact workflow and public email contact. It does not include customer accounts, public checkout, course access, or automatic email marketing signup.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and optional organization and event or project date. You may also include relevant details in the message, such as event context, school or ensemble information, project goals, timeline, location or service area, and recording or livestream needs.
Contact form submissions are processed through an internal website endpoint and forwarded as JSON to an n8n workflow for email notification. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field and server-side validation before the inquiry is forwarded.
If you email Spencer directly or submit the contact form, the information you provide may be used to respond to your inquiry, clarify details, discuss availability, and keep a record of the conversation.
MailerLite is planned for a later phase. First-launch inquiry submissions are not automatically added to a marketing list. Any future marketing signup should be separate from a service inquiry and should use its own consent language.
Stripe Checkout and digital product payment workflows are deferred. This first-launch website does not collect payment card details or process product purchases through the public site.
No analytics integration is documented as active for the first launch. Plausible may be added later for privacy-focused traffic analytics. PostHog may be considered later only if deeper product or funnel analytics are needed.
Media embeds are deferred until approved public media links are selected. If videos or audio embeds are added later, those third-party platforms may process visitor data according to their own policies.
