This page explains what information the Spencer Perilloux Percussion website collects and how inquiries are handled.
The site uses a contact form, public email, Stripe Checkout for active digital products, Supabase account access, and optional analytics. It does not store payment card details or automatically add inquiries to email marketing.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and optional organization and event or project date. You may also include relevant details in the message, such as event context, school or ensemble information, project goals, timeline, location or service area, and recording or livestream needs.
Contact form submissions are processed on the website and forwarded to Spencer by email. The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and server-side validation before an inquiry is sent.
If you email Spencer directly or submit the contact form, the information you provide may be used to respond to your inquiry, clarify details, discuss availability, and keep a record of the conversation.
Inquiry submissions are not added to any marketing list. If an email newsletter is offered in the future through MailerLite or another provider, signing up will be separate from a service inquiry and will use its own consent.
Digital product purchases are processed by Stripe Checkout. This website does not store payment card details.
If you sign in with Google, Supabase Auth and the site account database may store account, purchase, library, course access, and course progress records needed to provide access and support.
The site may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic sources, page and event activity, product interest, checkout flow, account library usage, and course engagement. Analytics are used to improve site performance, products, and user experience.
When visitors arrive from links with campaign parameters, the site may store non-sensitive UTM and referrer information in the browser for attribution, such as source, medium, campaign, landing page, and referring domain.
Microsoft Clarity may provide heatmaps and session behavior insights. Sensitive account, contact, payment, and protected course or download areas should be masked or excluded from review wherever practical.
Product delivery emails are sent through a transactional email provider after a verified Stripe Checkout purchase. Delivery workflows are used only to provide purchase access and support.
Spencer Perilloux Percussion does not sell personal information. Analytics and service providers are used to operate, secure, understand, and improve the website.
The site should not send contact message bodies, payment card data, private download URLs, raw course media URLs, secrets, or private file paths to analytics tools.
If video or audio embeds are added in the future, those third-party platforms may process visitor data under their own policies.
